Hey, It’s Raining Fish!
Utah has several mountainous lakes that it can’t reach by car. So how does the state restock those lakes? The UtahDivision of Wildlife Resources uses planes to drop the fish into the alpine lakes, up to 1000 at a time.
And, while we’re at it, here is a second fish transport system created by Whooshh Innovations. It’s similar — shooting fish into ponds and lakes — but operates from land rather than the air.
