The main thrust of Tellington’s research: The Sumerians and Egyptians, who seemed to be the most advanced societies 6,000 years ago, did not develop the tools and knowledge they used, but instead, inherited it from a much older civilization found on the southern tip of Africa as long as 200,000 years ago.
