Trish Regan reports that the founder of Fox News and News Corp, Rupert Murdoch, is stepping down from his leadership positions at his companies. His removal of himself from the top job comes just one day after scandalous headlines about the Murdoch patriach were revealed in an explosive new book about Fox by author Michael Wolff. The board of Fox News has been sued by shareholders. Here, Trish Regan reports on two new lawsuits that are hitting Fox News.
The lawsuits accuse FOX’s board members (including Rupert Murdoch and son Lachlan Murdoch) as well as Paul Ryan, and other executives at the company, of having “consciously disregarded” the risk of exposing itself to defamation claims “with potentially huge financial liability and potentially larger business repecussions” in favor of ratings and profits.
Shareholders allege that Fox’s board made an intentional, reckless decision to prioritize profits above all potential risks, thereby, costing the company (and its shareholders) enormous amounts of money. Trish Regan predicted there would be shareholder lawsuits when she reported the news of Fox’s nearly $800 million settlement, warning that there would be additional issues resulting from the deal. Indeed, that day is here.
Glenn Beck and The Blaze reported that Fox News is encouraging — and engaging in support for left-wing, “Satanic” groups, including the Satanic Temple. Beck joins Eric Bolling on Newsmax to reveal his findings.
Former President Donald Trump is amassing a wider lead in the runup to the 2024 presidential election as Joe Biden become more erratic and hopeless. Biden is but a puppet, after all, but still pushing massive censorship.
There are hints he leaned upon Ukraine to badmouth Tucker Carlson, and persuade the Murdoch Family, who control Fox News, to fire Carlson.

H.A. Goodman is reporting that there’s no way Tucker Carlson is not going to return to Fox News, in light of the organization’s downward spiral, tanking ratings and the fact that Tucker is still under contract.
In addition, Goodman says, when Carlson broke his silence on the turn of events he never once mentioned Fox News. “What is unforgiveable is them firing Tucker Carlson because he was too effective. Because he was too good at his job,” Goodman says. Will CEO Rupert Murdoch ditch the political pressure from Democrats and succumb to public pressure to bring Carlson back? Goodman offers his thoughts on the drama.
RIP FOX News. More from FreedomToons.
Dinesh D’Souza is reporting there is more new and damning information surfacing about the alleged Jan. 6 insurrection, but it’s not coming from Fox News.
After receiving the Jan. 6 tapes from Speaker Kevin McCarthy, there was a flurry of on-air releases by Tucker Carlson on Day 1. It goes to reason that more clips from the tapes would be aired on Day 2 and thereafter. But, says D’Souza, “The hatchet was dropped on Tucker Carlson. This was a corporate decision from the highest level.”
Think head honcho, himself, Rupert Murdoch, whose feuds with President Trump have intensified. Here’s more.
The [Deep State] is now going to go all out to stop Trump. We are at war. This is the end game and both sides know this. There is no turning back now.
Trump knows the people have his back. The fake news is not working and the [Deep State] does not have the narrative.
The brainwashing has been broken and as we head down this path, more and more people will wake up. In the end, the [Deep State] will be destroyed. More from the X22 Report.
No escape. Evil has no place here! This is not a game. We all want to see equal justice under the law.
Here’s the latest video from from And We Know. It includes a wrapup of this weekend’s Conservative Political Action Conference and an introduction to Rhode Island mother Nicole Solas. She faced a long and difficult battle against the teachers’ unions to find out what was being taught her kindergarten daughter. These leftist teachers’ unions have usurped their authority long enough. They need to become public servants again, or be vanquished.
Billionaire media mogul Sumner Redstone is dead. Also, the collapse of the New York Daily News, formerly owned by Robert Maxwell. And let’s not forget Rupert Murdoch. More from Jake Morphonios with the Blackstone Intelligence Network.

Former Fox News CEO James Murdoch, son of conservative media mogul Rupert Murdoch, has gone full-blown Democrat. The younger Murdoch and his activist wife recently donated $1.23 million to the Biden campaign, a stunning about-face, to say the least. But was there an ulterior motive to the generosity. Well, lo and behold, it appears that Old Man Rupert Murdoch was–or is–close friends with alleged Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking handler Ghislaine Maxwell and he also appears in Epstein’s little black book of contacts. More shockingly, Murdoch’s name also appears on the Lolita Express flight log to Little St. James Island. With the Trump Administration vowing to hold people involved in the Epstein case fully accountable for their actions, the elder Murdoch potentially faces life in jail or the death penalty. Says investigative YouTuber Riss Flex, “So it’s easy to see why James Murdoch is in full support of the Democrats being put into office.” Quoting the late Isaac Kappy, Flex emphasizes that “the name of the game is blackmail when elites get into office.” And it could result in deadly blackmail, as Flex explains in the cases of Epstein and Joan Rivers.
