Take the Mariana Trench, the deepest part in any of our oceans located east of Mariana Island in the Western Pacific. If you were at the bottom of this trench, you’d be under seven miles of water. The pressure alone would crush your lungs. You’d be rendered unconscious in 15 seconds and dead in 90 seconds.
