As America anxiously looks on, the King vs. Burwell case now pending before the U.S. Supreme Court could well be the death knell of the Affordable Care Act. “The case concerns the language in the Obamacare bill that says that subsidies are only available to those who get their health insurance through state exchanges,” says political pundit Dick Morris. A Supreme Court decision in favor of Obamacare foes will pave the way for Republicans in Congress to finally gut the bill. Morris explains.
