Le Pen Makes the Run-Off
Populist Marine Le Pen will face centrist Emmanuel Macron in the run-off election on May 7 for president of France. Le Pen and Macron are the political outsiders in the race. The French public rejected the candidates representing the major parties. The election of Le Pen, of course, would signal the greatest changes, given her steadfast opposition to the European Union.
