A Solution to Ballot Fraud
Dick Morris introduces the new federal panel designed to cut down on ballot fraud. Republicans have complained that as many as six million voters are illegal — either aliens not entitled to vote, or voters casting ballots in multiple places, or people voting using the names of dead persons still enrolled at secretary of state offices. Morris hopes the new panel will reduce such fraud, although already, some Democratic secretary of states are refusing to cooperate or provide any data or assistance.
