Trump Rising in Polls
In the aftermath of Hurricane Havey and the devastation of Houston, President Donald Trump is seeing a rise in his polling numbers. The public obviously views him as an effective administrator. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues. President Clinton saw his poll numbers climb after natural disasters because the public perceived him as a caring and empathetic leader. That’s in contrast to George W. Bush, as well as Barack Obama, both seen as being more distant and removed. Dick Morris reports.
