Sen. Flake Going Down
Bill Still says the latest polls show challenger Dr. Kelli Ward taking a sizable lead over incumbent U.S. Sen. Jeffrey Flake in the primary race scheduled for Aug. 28, 2018. That’s a ways off, so the dynamics of the race could certainly change before then. But at the current time, Ward holds more than a 25 percent lead over Flake. An astounding 66 percent of Arizona Republicans say they will not support Flake returning to Washington!
Doesn’t surprise us one bit. Sen. Flake has been a noteworthy “flake,” opposing President Donald Trump on just about every issue, including enforcement of immigration regulations. Flake needs to be resoundingly defeated for selling his constituents down the river.
Let’s hope Flake gets his ass kicked, and with any luck, he will be leaving the Senate and taking his bastard colleague, Arizona’s other senator, John McCain, with him. No other Republican has sold out the people worst than the arrogant John McCain. What a disgrace to think that that conniving weasel once received the GOP nod to serve as the party’s presidential hopeful.
