Former U.S. Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice interviews Secretary Tillerson at the Hoover Institution and Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University in California. Tuillerson reveals he does not have any social media accounts whatsoever — amazing considering he works for a president renowned for his ability to communicate via social media. Rice, of course, has been mentioned lately as a possible appointee to the Trump administration. Rumors are focused on a possible appointment as National Security Advisor.
