FISA Judge Identified
Rudolph Contreras is the FISA judge who permitted the FBI to assign agents to spy on the campaign of President Donald Trump and later the Trump presidency. FISA is the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Contreras, the child of Cuban immigrant parents, grew up in Miami and served in the US District Court in Washington, DC, before transferring over to the FISA court.
