Obama recently appeared at the 12th Annual MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference at the Boston convention center. Ahead of the event, attendees received an email telling them that while Obama was speaking, any photography, video recording, streaming, and social media posting of any kind, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, all of it – was strictly banned, quote unquote, without exception.
