Dick Morris says the GOP not only will win in 2018, but also 2020 and, most likely, a few elections beyond that. The reason: Only diehard Liberals remain in the Democratic Party. As more moderates and conservatives leave, and as the remaining liberals become more radical and extreme, they will appeal to fewer people — and lose most elections.
