Republican House Gains
Dick Morris cites a series of polls showing Republicans are closing the gap and now running close to even with the Democrats in projected polling for the upcoming fall elections. What does that mean? Many pollsters had been predicting the Democrats might retake the House. But with the current polling numbers, that is beginning to look more doubtful. Even if the Republicans lose a few seats, they will be in fine shape if they can retain both the Senate and House, along with the Presidency, Supreme Court and majority of state houses.
