Could the Socialist Lose?
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been a big darling of the media since she defeated Joe Crowley in the Democratic primary to run for the House of Representatives from a Bronx district in New York. There’s only one problem. The Democratic Socialist nominee hasn’t won election yet and hasn’t done herself many favors with her bizarre and often idiotic thoughts on campaign issues. She flip-flops more than a seal and seems to have trouble speaking in coherent sentences. Here’s one political analysis that underscores some of the inherent problems facing Ocasio-Cortez.
