European Union Censorship

The European Union has voted 438 to 226 in favor of new legislation that effectively outlaws most memes. It’s all part of Article 13, the next step in EU censorship. Styxhexenhammer666 describes the move as troubling and disturbing, but he’s hopeful the legislation can be changed, or will be amended as he explains here.
