Texas State Senator Paul Bettencourt, a Republican from District 7 in Houston, explains how vote cheaters are operating. Their trick: They don’t register from their homes, but from PO boxes at commercial establishments, like the UPS Store. That way, they can maintain multiple registries. Here, Sen. Bettencourt identifies 84 people who have claimed UPS mail boxes as a residence on their voter registration, jury duty, and 911 records. He points out how 22 of these people have voted during this cycle.
