Prominent economist and political commentator Thomas Sowell doesn’t pull any punches in this 2016 interview on Liberty Pen, unabashedly ranking Barack Obama as the worst president ever. Although not a fan of Donald Trump back then, Sowell says Obama has displaced Jimmy Carter at the bottom, and was even worse then the oft-antagonized James Buchanan.
