Ruling bloodlines in the Italian city of Milan use a coat of arms showing a feathered and crown serpent devouring a child. This belongs to the Biscione and Viscontis. Something very strange, it seems, is going on right under our noses. Especially when you take a look at the design of the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut and the architecture appears to also show a feathered and crown serpent.
