Mueller Needs to Be Investigated
Special counsel prosecutor Robert Mueller’s bizarre antics earlier this week prolonged the political fallout over the Department of Justice’s investigation of Russia’s interference in the 2016 election. Despite no evidence of collusion or obstruction by the Trump Administration, and no indictment of co-conspirators, Mueller launched a shameful attack on President Trump, suggesting he is guilty. Appearing on Fox News’ “Lou Dobbs Tonight,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton says, “He’s destroyed whatever reputation he’s had. It’s an abuse of power by the Mueller special counsel and him personally. This Mr. Mueller needs to be investigated as well. The Office of Professional Responsibility needs to be asking why did this Justice Department prosecutor come out and suggest any wrongdoing by an innocent person without any foundation.”
