Google Warding Off Regulation

Google CEO Sundar Pinchai is begging lawmakers and regulators not to split up the company. He says Google needs to remain big so it can handle the IT costs to press ahead with future technologies, including AI (Artificial Intelligence) and quantum computing. If Google can’t maintain pace, advances in these areas are more likely to be made by China rather than the United States.

We understand Google’s situation, but the company no longer can be permitted to remain atop the Hi Tech heap in the United States. Over the past year, it has demonstrated flagrant censorship against conservatives and Christians, both representing a majority of American citizens.

Why should we trust Google to lead our technological advances when the company makes such a mockery of our Bill of Rights and our nation’s traditions of free speech and free press. If Google remains as it is now structured, we have little doubt they will again commit atrocities against the American people, undoubtedly even worse than those they are already committing. They certainly have shown few signs of backing off from their gross and belligerent acts of censorship — bringing to mind the historical carnage orchestrated by Hitler’s Nazis.

The problem isn’t just that they are too large, it’s that they do not understand how to play fairly. Their high-handed arrogance must end — not only so the rights of a majority of Americans are preserved, but also so other smaller Hi Tech firms learn they will pay a heavy price if they emulate Google and trash our Bill of Rights. Lawmakers and regulators have shown too much patience with Google. The firm needs to be upbraided — not necessarily split down the middle — but most certainly trimmed down to a more manageable size. Google is the giant, but all of the progressive media is in trouble. Not just in the United States, but around the world, folks no longer are buying the bullshit spread by the progressive media.

Salon, ThinkProgress, Vox and other Progressive media outlets struggle to stay out of bankruptcy despite the growing popularity of socialism in the United States. Is this proof that free enterprise is a failed economic model when a good-hearted Progressive can’t make a profit trying to destroy capitalism?

As we say in this video, the Members at BillWhittle.com believe in free market economics, and you can vote with your dollars to support this enterprise at https://BillWhittle.com/register/
