Jamie Dlux reports on the two-month-long Operation Broken Heart, which netted nearly 1,700 child sex predators this year. Some individuals complain that those arrested are all low-lying fruits, but you’ve often got to start at the bottom to bring down a towering house of cards. The number of arrests is much higher than prior years.
