Dick Morris says Joe Biden has lost a big chunk of his support over the past couple of months, so much so, that the campaign could well slip away from him. If so, who comes after Biden? At this point, Morris believe the lead would shift to either Socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont or else the Ultra-Liberal Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts. But Morris says this also opens up possibilities for the emergence of one of the minor candidates, especially if they fare well in the first debates.
