The Solar System to Scale
Every single picture of the solar system that we ever encounter is not to scale. If you put the orbits to scale on a piece of paper, the orbits become microscopic. So a group of friends journeyed to Black Rock Desert in Nevada to build the first scale model of the universe, using a marble to replicate Earth and seven square miles of empty space.
