DNC Conspiracy Suit Tossed
The Democratic National Committee conspiracy against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has fallen apart. Done. Over. Caput. Judge John Koetl, of the U.S. District Court of the heavily liberal southern district of New York and a President Clinton appointee, delivered a stunning blow to the DNC, tossing out its civil lawsuit against Assange. The suit alleged that WikiLeaks was civilly liable for conspiring with the Russian government to steal DNC emails and data, and leak them to the public.
