Kavanaugh Assailant Faces Trial
Nicholas Roske, the alleged Kavanaugh Assassin, files a motion to suppress all of his statements to law enforcement, including his comments about stopping the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Roske’s defense team also agreed to exclude time under the Speedy Trial Act. Roske is seeking a speedy trial after targeting three Supreme Court justices, including Kavanaugh.
