Bannon Facing Jail Term
Does the scheduled July 1 jailing of longtime Trump advisor Steve Bannon prove we have a two-tiered justice system? Is the corrupt Joe Biden administration merely trying to shut up Bannon down the home stretch, heading toward Nov. 5.
Bannon is charged with contempt of Congress for refusing to testify at a hearing on the January 6th “occupation” of the U.S. Congress. But two former members of Barack Obama’s executive cabinet also refused to testify before Congress. And while both faced contempt of Congress charges, neither was prosecuted by Obama’s Department of Justice, or faced any sort of jail terms whatsoever.
The two miscreant officials: Attorney General Eric Holder and Lois Lerner, the former head of the Exempt Organizations Unit of the Internal Revenue Service, who had been targeting Tea Party groups. If these two leftist shills got off scot free, why is Bannon being manhandled?
