The racist rag, New York Times, wants to rewrite history with its 1619 Slavery Project. Nice try, New York Times, but we’re not falling for your revisionist history. America didn’t achieve its greatness because of slavery but despite it. We fought a whole war to abolish it, because the principle that “all men are created equal” is fundamentally incompatible with slavery. Then, 181 CEOs just announced that maximizing profits for shareholders is no longer their main focus. That will probably lead to more SJW commercials and paying lip service to divisive causes, but it should mean corporations reinvesting into their employees here in America.
