Has the Pope Changed America?
Political pundit Dick Morris says the Pope’s visit definitely changed America in many ways. And America may very well have changed the Holy Pontiff. Morris says that when the Pope arrived, America held basically two views–a conservative one that embraces spirituality, is pro life and pro traditional marriage, and generally espouses the evangelical agenda. Then there’s the liberal view of non-believers in a Creator and no spirituality whatsoever. “The Pope has offered a third alternative, which is essentially to invoke the idea of spirituality, the thrust of religion and the belief in the Lord.” Morris says. He elaborates in this edition of Dick Morris Reports.
