Reason.TV gives out its Nanny of the Month Award for June to the Massachusetts town of Middleborough, where potty mouths who swear in public will now be subjected to a $20 fine. Other busybodies wanted to shield your eyes from bikinis and rip out residential gardens, even those in full compliance with city codes.
