What’s with the Handbags?
Why was the handbag motive present in several ancient cultures dating back as far as 10,000 years BC? This video shows the handbags appearing not only in Egypt and Mesopotamia, but also in the ruins of the ancient Mayans and Toltecs. We still don’t have an answer to questions about what the symbol of the handbag means in all these cultures, but at the end of the video, we explore a couple of theories.
