What do Amazon, the Washinton Post, the CIA and soon — Whole Foods — have in common? All are run by, or aided by, Jeff Bezos, a conniving entrepreneur who has made a fortune by hooking up with a Nazi regime in Europe and avoiding paying anywhere close to his fair share of taxes here in the United States.
