Poor alleged MK Ultra victim Katy Perry’s radical overnight transformation and sudden interest in giving interviews on refugee policy… all par for the course, sadly. In a return video, David Seaman not only touched upon the breakdowns of Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Kanye West and other pop stars, but also noted how Paris Hilton and Jeff Bezos have something quote eerie in common with James T. Hodgkinson, the “lone wolf” assassin who attacked U.S. Rep. Steve Scalise.
They all exhibit the droopy eye syndrome. The droopy eye is often seen in victims of MK Ultra programming. This is a form of brain control that the CIA experimented with beginning in the 1950s and continuing through 1973, when they “supposedly” dropped it after Sen. Frank Church’s Senate committee investigated the agency.
