Is an immigrant overclass coming to America? Certain groups have a higher mean IQ than European Americans. And so, without discriminatory quotas in place (like the ones that are now being investigated by President Trump’s DOJ), these groups will be over represented as a percentage of the population in postsecondary institutions and associated workplaces that follow.
