Here’s what you don’t see in the biased press: Moscow is now not only the largest city in Europe, but also one of the most modern state capitals. This is admittedly a look at the architecture in the core of the city — and doesn’t show more drab and run-down buildings on the outskirts — but this is still quite revealing.
