In a second report, Dick Morris says the dark horse Presidential hopeful, Pete Buttigieg, is surging in popularity in New Hampshire. A recent poll shows him now in third place, behind only Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders among the 19 declared Democratic hopefuls. Who is Buttigieg? He’s the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, but also the first openly gay candidate to run for President. Of course, there have already been a few gays who have held the office, starting with our 15th President James Buchanan, who served from 1857-61, immediately prior to the Civil War.
