Live Free at Sea

If you’re overwhelmed by government rules and regulations on land, just move off shore and live for free. It’s called seasteading. The idea is that if people move 12 miles off shore, they can build their own city or country and live free from government’s suffocating rules. “We need a new place to experiment with new rules appropriate for modern technology” says Joe Quirk of the Seasteading Institute. He debates the issue with consumer advocate John Stossel.
