What would you do if you were driving around and stumbled upon this scene? It was recorded September 27 in Buffalo, N.Y. The woman driving the car says, “I was with my family at Niagara Falls. We walked to the car and there was a large number of people just standing around all over the place just staring oddly. There were no cameras or production crews for a movie. A lot of the people seemed to be older as well. Seemed like some sort of mind control going on but it definitely had me scared. We left shortly after because I wasn’t sure what the outcome was going to be.”
