The radical left is in an all-out panic over Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and it’s not just about her health. The real reason for their panic is President Trump’s victory lap last week over his judiciary accomplishments. In a little less than three years, Trump has appointed more federal judges than each of the previous five administrations, effectively molding the judiciary into his own nationalist, populist image. Of course, the Supreme Court is the big prize and the possibility of Ginsburg’s career on the bench nearing an end because of her failing health and advanced age, Trump is looking at the prospect of a sixth conservative on SCOTUS.
