Some states have struggled with the same issues of embezzlement, extortion and bribery for decades, and have done zero to change. Which pretty much explains Americans’ distrust of public officials, especially politicians. There are many ways to judge a corrupt state, but in the following video, The World According to Briggs ranks them by convictions per capita. Hint: All 10 are in the eastern half of the country, the majority of those on the eastern seaboard.
