Barr: Violators Will Be Charged
No-nonsense Attorney General William Barr says his immediate goal is tell the truth about Russian interference in the 2016 election. On the hot seat is the Obama Administration’s FBI, who allegedly overstepped its boundary–including perpetuating a fraud upon the FISA Court–in the counterintelligence operation known as Crossfire Hurricane.
Says Barr, “The American people need to know what happened in 2016 and 2017. And if people involved in that activity violated the criminal law, they will be charged.” He added that the investigation is progressing slowly, partially due to COVID-19, but he expects some new developments soon. The probe is headed by John Durham, U.S. Attorney from the District of Connecticut.
Appearing on Fox News’ “Hannity,” Durham also opines on mail-in voting, the movement to defund police and political division in America.
