Jonna Mendez says the art of disguise is a primary tool for the CIA to protect its agents. The former chief of disguise for the agency emphasizes that in order for the disguise to work, the CIA creates an external opposite of the person, such as aging the young, turning the slender into a fat person or a woman into a man.
