Items Found In McCann Case
Sky News-Australia reports that Portuguese, German and British authorities confirmed they have collected possible evidence in their renewed search for Madeleine McCann in a reservoir, near Portugal’s Algarve region.
The material will be handed over to German authorities for testing. Sky News says the reason authorities focused on the reservoir was because it was believed to be a haunt for the prime suspect named in the case, Christian Brueckner, a convicted German sex offender who’s denied any involvement in the disappearance of McCann, who was abducted while on a family vacation in Praia da Luz in 2007, when she was three years old.
