Chevron Falls 6 To 3 Yay!
Styxhexenhammer666 relays the 6-3 vote by the U.S. Supreme Court to end the Chevron policy in effect since the 1980s.
Under this policy, federal agencies were essentially creating laws, usurping the powers of both the Congress and the Judiciary. Now, lawmaking will again become the province of Congress, with interpretation falling under the purview of the courts. The federal agencies will need to follow the law, not dictate it.
We agree with Styx. This is the right decision, and a good one, balancing out the cheesy ruling the Supreme Court just made reinforcing the Biden administration’s censorship. Fortunately, Biden’s blackguards won’t be around much longer!
