Activist Judges Must Go!
As leftist judges continue to make a mockery of the American Constitution, Presidential advisor Stephen Miller, the deputy chief of staff for President Donald Trump, is challenging Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to bring back law and civility to that branch of government.
Specifically, the America First Legal Foundation, founded by Miller, has sued Roberts, accusing him of acting beyond his scope as head of the U.S. Judicial Conference.
Does the lawsuit stand a chance to effect change? Probably not. But Trump likely wants to show the public he’s willing to try anything to bring at least some semblance of justice to our judicial system.
When you have hardcore leftist judges at a district court level asserting they should control the course of the entire nation, that cannot be allowed to stand. Personally, we favor new judicial standards, approved by Congress, that would convene a new panel to remove these judges from office. In the worst cases, they need to be jailed.
