Can SAVE Act Erase The Fraud?
Stephen Gardner and April Chapman (@UnshakableWithApril) discuss the need to pass the SAVE ACT (i.e., the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act). The law would help to end all the fraud in Minnesota and around the country, and also outlaw sending money to foreign radicals, like the Taliban in Afghanistan.
As immigration enforcement and government fraud dominate national headlines, another issue rapidly gaining attention is the SAVE Act. It would allow only those holding proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections.
The debate exposes a growing contradiction in Washington. On one hand, Democrats support using taxpayer dollars to provide housing, healthcare and benefits to illegal immigrants who could one day become voters. Yet at the same time, these same leftist leaders argue that voter ID and citizenship verification requirements are discriminatory.
Critics ask how safeguarding elections became controversial while billions are spent supporting non-citizens? Here’s more from Gardner.
