U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio moves to deport an illegal immigrant who had been pardoned by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. The individual had previously been convicted of repeatedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old child before receiving clemency from Walz.
Rubio announced that while a state pardon may affect a criminal sentence, it does not prevent federal immigration authorities from removing someone who is unlawfully in the United States. Vice President J.D. Vance has recommended the U.S. Justice Department hand down criminal referrals against Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. The recommendation follows months of investigations showing federal fraud running into the billions of dollars in Minnesota.
It’s alleged Walz and Ellison have been aware of this monstrous level of fraud for many years now, but have declined to stop it because the perpetrators are largely Somali refugees who heavily vote in favor of the Democrats. Many indictments have now been handed down against these fraudsters.
