Since antiquity, Moloch has often been portrayed as a bull-headed idol with outstretched hands over a fire, a principal deity of the ancient Levant. Some names for groups of animals just don’t complement each other. They just don’t click. For instance, “a drove of bulls.” Wouldn’t “a load of bulls” be a better name?
