The First State To Fall
The Alaska Senate race keeps getting murkier. Not only will staffers around Democratic Senate candidate Mary Peltola be charged with corruption, but also apparently some of her own lawyers. They all took part in a crass effort to deceive voters by inserting a decoy candidate in the race with the same name — Dan Sullivan — as Peltola’s Republican opponent.
Democrats have cheated for years, so it should surprise anyone to see an entire campaign staff full of collaborating crooks behinds Peltola. We’d be willing to bet she’s in on the graft, but of course, that has yet to be proven. But anyone voting for her today either is a diehard Democrat — or a lunatic!
