Why Gaddafi Was Murdered
MediaGiant reports that the real reason Libyan dictator Muammar al-Gaddafi was brutally murdered in 2011 was because of his desire to bring a new currency to Africa and Muslim states.
While rumors floated that the Gaddafi, who ruled Libya for 42 years, was killed for excess dictatorship or humanitarian purposes, the real reason he met his demise from National Transitional Council forces was for power, oil and money. His desire to put forth a gold-backed African currency, called the gold dinnar, was perhaps the final trigger.
Here’s more with MediaGiant, who also discusses the key roles that then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, U.S. official Sidney Blumenthal and former French President Nicolas Sarkozy played in shutting down Gaddafi.
